Owu Palace Bulletin

I welcome you to the Q2-2023 edition of the Owu Palace Bulletin, where we highlight some of the remarkable events that took place in the past quarter. One of them was our historic trip to the UK and USA. I am proud to say that the tremendous support we received was instrumental to the success of the trip, and I am deeply grateful for your generous donations, which enabled us to achieve this milestone. Indeed, this is a clear demonstration and manifestation of the contents of our anthem, “Òwu rèé o, gboin-gboin ni à ńdúró ti’ra….”

Our people in the UK gave us a wonderful reception and hosted us to a memorable dinner event in London. In the USA, we had highly productive sessions with six institutions: the University of Maryland, Clark Atlanta University, IES-Abroad, Rutgers University, Princeton University, and Pennsylvania State University. The opportunities that were opened to us were amazing. I commend our USA team for their excellent planning and execution of every event we attended. They were all well-organized and productive, including the private dinners and town hall sessions. You are awesome, and I appreciate you all.

I want to assure you that the opportunities generated from the trip are being diligently followed-up and I count on your continued support as we work towards translating these opportunities into tangible value for our people.
